Role Description
We are seeking a Weekend Community Manager for a part time weekend position to oversee the operations of the space over the weekends for 6 hours (10 am to 4pm). In this position, you will oversee day-to-day operations of the space during weekends, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all members and manage any events that might happen during those hours. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting members, coordinating workspace logistics, managing bookings, addressing queries, and maintaining a comfortable, professional environment. Additionally, you will support community engagement by organizing and promoting events, gathering member feedback, and fostering connections among members to strengthen the sense of community.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Organization, multitasking, and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with basic software tools for scheduling, correspondence, and data management
- Experience in event coordination and community building
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience as a community manager or in hospitality is a plus
- Passion for creating welcoming and productive spaces for professionals
