We are seeking a Founding Engineer to join an early-stage startup focused on building AI software for private markets such as private equity and venture capital. This is a unique opportunity to be the second technical hire and work closely with the founding team.
Location: Gurgaon (with flexibility for remote work under exceptional circumstances)
Experience: 2 - 6 years
Compensation: 30 - 60 LPA plus equity options, commensurate with experience and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and build product features using Python, including data pipelines and large language models (LLMs).
- Deploy solutions in customer environments leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS and Snowflake.
- Collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders to ensure customer success and product fit.
- Balance hands-on coding with ownership of customer-facing aspects of the product.
