We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to join a fast-growing startup in Bangalore. This is a founding-level leadership role where you will own the technical roadmap, lead and grow a high-performance engineering team, and work hands-on to build a scalable, multi-agent SaaS platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture and roadmap for a SaaS platform.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Make critical architecture decisions to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to directly impact customer experience.
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving startup environment.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of engineering experience with a strong background in SaaS product development.
- Proven experience building products from 0→1 and scaling from 1→10.
- Strong system design skills and ability to make sound architectural decisions.
- Comfortable working hands-on with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
- Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) with 2 days work from office.
- Competitive salary in the range of 30 - 50 LPA.
