We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building advanced AI solutions for the financial services sector. This role involves developing innovative document intelligence systems and AI-driven workflows to extract and analyze complex financial data.
- Develop document intelligence systems utilizing OCR, vision-language models (VLMs), and multimodal AI to convert unstructured financial data into structured insights.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, retrieval systems, and agentic workflows that automate research, analysis, and decision-making processes.
- Design and implement evaluation, reliability, and production infrastructure for AI systems deployed at enterprise scale.
This is a high-ownership position within a small, agile team, offering the opportunity to work on challenging applied AI problems and influence both product and technical directions.
