We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore (Hybrid). This role involves designing, evaluating, and scaling next-generation large language model (LLM)-powered agents. It is a deeply technical position with strong product and customer exposure.
What you’ll work on:
- Building and improving agentic workflows, datasets, and evaluation suites
- Running LLM evaluations, tracking regressions, and defining quality metrics
- Experimenting with prompting, retrieval, fine-tuning data, and model configurations
- Developing internal tools and pipelines for faster iteration and monitoring
- Debugging end-to-end agent behavior across prompts, tools, APIs, and integrations
- Turning real user feedback into actionable model and product improvements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with large language models (prompting, evaluations, agent development, or datasets)
- Solid understanding of model behavior, guardrails, and system design
- Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript and comfort with cloud environments
