We are seeking a dynamic VP Engineering to lead our Bengaluru office and work closely with the CTO. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building and scaling engineering teams and solutions, not just managing overhead.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the CTO to define and execute the engineering vision and strategy.
- Lead and grow the engineering team in Bengaluru, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive the development of innovative, AI-native technology solutions tailored for a large-scale industry.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver impactful products and solutions.
- Ensure engineering excellence, quality, and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong technical background with experience in AI and platform development preferred.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
