We are seeking a Value Creation Strategist to join a dynamic team focused on transforming AI-driven workflows into measurable business outcomes for clients in the financial sector. This remote role offers the opportunity to work closely with both clients and technical teams, ensuring that innovative AI solutions deliver real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between clients and technical delivery teams to translate AI workflow transformations into tangible business results.
- Own client outcomes by managing the balance between client needs and technical execution.
- Engage with financial institutions such as funds, insurers, and lenders to understand and address document-heavy workflow challenges.
- Contribute to accelerating project delivery timelines and enhancing operational efficiencies.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and translate technical solutions into business value.
- Comfortable working in a flexible, high-leverage contractor structure with significant client ownership.
