We are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to join a dynamic fintech team focused on building next-generation banking and payments infrastructure for small and medium-sized businesses.
Role Overview:
- Experience: 3–7 years
- Location: Remote (India)
- Working hours: Primarily US Central Time (approximately 7pm-4am IST) with flexibility
- Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of investigation for issues across complex financial infrastructure
- Analyze and troubleshoot payment failures, transaction discrepancies, ledger and reconciliation issues, and production incidents
- Work closely with production systems, taking ownership of problem resolution rather than simply escalating issues
- Preferred background: Experience in Technical/Production Operations, Payments Operations, Production Support, Solutions/Implementation Engineering, or Data Analytics
- Ex-founder experience is considered a strong plus
- Interview process: Two rounds
