We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is an exciting opportunity for a backend engineering professional with leadership experience to drive technical excellence and lead engineering initiatives.
Role Overview:
- Experience: 8-10 years in Backend Engineering, including 2-3 years in a leadership role such as Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, or Engineering Manager.
- Location: Gurgaon (5 days from office).
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Drive backend development using modern technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable architectures.
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Tech Stack:
- Languages & Frameworks: Python, Django, React, Typescript, Shopify
- AI Tools: Cursor, Claude Code
- Data & Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, AWS
- Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 50 to 65 LPA, flexible based on experience and expertise.
