We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Computer Vision to lead AI and Computer Vision initiatives from strategy through production deployment. This role involves designing and executing advanced Computer Vision and AI projects, including video analytics systems for multiple concurrent camera streams, with a focus on accuracy, latency, reliability, and edge performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the AI and Computer Vision strategy and lead the end-to-end execution of projects.
- Work on research and production deployment of advanced Computer Vision, Vision-Language Models (VLMs), multimodal AI, and edge AI.
- Build and deploy scalable video analytics systems across multiple camera streams for real-world industrial applications.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring and growing a team of Computer Vision engineers, researchers, and technical leads.
- Drive architecture decisions, engineering best practices, and technical excellence within the team.
Work Environment and Location:
- Onsite role based in Noida, India.
- Work schedule includes 6 days per week with alternate Saturdays working from home.
