We are seeking a Staff Engineer to join a dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves building AI-powered software solutions that automate critical operations such as booking jobs, dispatching technicians, and scheduling work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI products that perform real-world actions including job booking, technician dispatch, and work scheduling.
- Own feature development end-to-end, covering both backend and frontend aspects.
- Collaborate directly with customers to address and solve operational challenges.
- Work closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Enhance product scalability by improving reliability, performance, and developer efficiency.
