We are seeking a Staff Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join a dynamic team based in India. This role involves owning and delivering end-to-end solutions, contributing to core infrastructure, and helping set technical direction as the team expands.
Responsibilities:
- Own and ship features for specialized AI-driven growth agents across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with the growth team to deliver impactful solutions with immediate feedback.
- Contribute to core infrastructure development and scaling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and technical strategy.
Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to independently own projects and deliver high-quality code.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration cycles.
