We are seeking a Sr. Staff Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on developing an agentic AI platform that automates enterprise accounting involving high-volume financial data and precise real-world executions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the agent platform end to end, including architecture and development.
- Design and maintain a durable financial data layer to support the platform.
- Build and optimize low-latency infrastructure enabling rapid deployment of new agents.
- Take real ownership of a mission-critical area with direct customer interaction.
- Contribute to product roadmap and strategic planning.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of backend engineering experience at high-scale companies.
- Hands-on experience with agent harnesses or agentic platforms.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Bangalore, India.
Compensation: Annual salary range from 80 to 120 LPA.
