We are seeking a Sr. Staff Backend Engineer to join a dynamic team building secure, high-scale financial infrastructure at the intersection of crypto, payments, and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own architecture, roadmap, and system design decisions at a staff engineer level.
- Engage in approximately 60% hands-on coding, maintaining a strong builder role.
- Develop and maintain backend systems powering payments and transfers at scale.
- Collaborate effectively across teams located in US, EU, and India time zones.
Work Environment:
- Small, senior engineering team with about 10–11 engineers in India and 5–7 in Europe.
- Hybrid work model based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (2 days per week onsite).
Experience Level: 13 to 26 years
Salary Range: 70 to 150 LPA
