We are seeking a Sr. Salesforce Project Manager based in Chennai (in-office) to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation and digital transformation projects. This role involves planning, governance, and execution while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and leading cross-functional delivery teams across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent Salesforce projects with distributed teams.
- Own project delivery from initiation through completion.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing consulting expertise beyond project tracking.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in diverse project methodologies.
Experience & Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in consulting and project management.
- Strong background in managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- Comfortable operating in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and distributed teams effectively.

Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of 30 to 45 LPA, negotiable based on experience and performance.
