We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join a dynamic agri-tech startup focused on addressing challenges in agriculture and climate change. This role is based in Bangalore (HSR) with a hybrid in-office work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product management initiatives in the agriculture and climate technology domain.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance technology-driven solutions.
- Drive product strategy and roadmap to deliver impactful outcomes in farmland demarcation, soil analysis, and carbon credit creation.
- Contribute to the growth and scaling of innovative agri-tech products leveraging satellite data and advanced analytics.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant product management experience.
- Strong understanding of agriculture technology, climate tech, or related domains is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation: Competitive salary range of 30 - 50 LPA.
