We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a newly funded US startup's India team, based in Bangalore. This is a founding backend engineer position focused on building infrastructure for enterprise voice AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain real-time systems for call orchestration and telephony.
- Work on latency optimization and backend infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with the team to deliver scalable and reliable voice AI solutions deployed on-premises in enterprise environments such as banks and government institutions.
Requirements:
- 4 to 10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong fundamentals in backend development and real-time systems.
- Willingness to learn new technologies related to speech inference stacks (text-to-speech and speech-to-speech serving).
- Ability to work onsite in Bangalore, India.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 50 to 140 LPA.
