We are seeking a Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join a founding team based in Bangalore, India. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the product, engineering culture, and technical foundation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-native platforms with a focus on ecommerce customer engagement.
- Build agentic workflows and features powered by large language models (LLMs).
- Work on tool integration, orchestration, memory, and evaluation systems in production environments.
- Take end-to-end ownership across product UI, backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Prototype quickly and ship features efficiently.
Location: Bangalore, India (5 days a week)
Experience Required: 2-4 years
Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of 15 - 35 LPA, open to discussion based on market standards.
