We are seeking a Senior Software Systems Architect to lead and shape the entire software architecture of an innovative robotics product. This role involves system design, making key technology stack decisions, and ensuring seamless integration of various software components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own architecture and engineering decisions across the organization, influencing how the product is developed and delivered.
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team of 3–4 members while maintaining a hands-on approach to development.
- Work at the intersection of hardware and software, addressing complex system challenges in a high-ownership environment.
Location: Bengaluru, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the office.
Experience: 10 to 16 years in software architecture and system design.
Compensation: Salary range of 60 to 120 LPA.
