We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join a fast-growing fintech team based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The team is building a core trading stack from the ground up, including order placement, trade management, position tracking, broker integrations, and real-time market data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services for trading and broking systems
- Work on order placement, trade management, and position tracking modules
- Integrate with brokers and handle real-time market data
- Design and implement concurrent and distributed systems
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in backend engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with Go programming language
- Experience in fintech domain, preferably in broking or trading
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of concurrency and distributed systems
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Work from Office)
Compensation: 30 - 45 LPA
