We are seeking a Senior Applied Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will own the evaluation and feedback loop for an AI agent, including building evaluations, analyzing real-world failures, and driving measurable improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain evaluation systems for AI agents.
- Analyze failure cases and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive measurable enhancements in AI system performance.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and research teams to implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in applied machine learning or related fields.
- Proven experience shipping large language model (LLM) or agent-based systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript.
- Background in AI evaluations, quality assurance, or similar quality systems.
