We are seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join a dynamic team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time, office-based role with a flexible work-from-home policy allowing 12 days per quarter.
Role Overview:
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven product features to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle marketing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality software products.
- Utilize advanced segmentation and automation techniques to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and drive revenue growth.
- Work with production-grade technologies to build and optimize onboarding, retention, and re-engagement campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in AI product engineering.
- Strong production experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and React.
- Experience with ORMs, specifically Drizzle ORM, is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Work from Office 5 days/week with quarterly 12 days WFH).
Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of 30 - 40 LPA.
