We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join a dynamic AI-native startup focused on building advanced intelligence layers for real estate applications. This role involves end-to-end development of core AI systems including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings and retrieval, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and production machine learning pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML solutions in a production environment.
- Work extensively with RAG architectures, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
- Build and optimize large language models and AI agents for real-world applications.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to drive the AI technology stack and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Take significant ownership of AI systems as the company scales globally.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India (Work from office, 5 days a week)
Experience: 5 - 8 years in machine learning, natural language processing, and production-grade generative AI.
Salary: 50 - 70 LPA
This position is ideal for candidates with a strong ML/NLP background who have transitioned into production generative AI roles rather than purely software engineering.
