We are seeking a Quality Security Compliance Lead to join a fast-growing startup focused on developing next-generation conversational voice and video AI solutions for the life sciences sector. This is a remote position based in India, offering a competitive salary range of 16 - 25 LPA depending on experience.
Role Overview:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT quality, GxP compliance, computer-system validation, technical governance, risk and compliance (GRC), security compliance, or related fields.
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare technology, regulated SaaS, or life sciences consulting environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead quality, security, and compliance initiatives ensuring 100% regulatory adherence.
- Implement and maintain computer system validation processes aligned with industry standards.
- Manage technical GRC and security compliance frameworks within a regulated environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into product development and operational workflows.
- Support audit readiness and continuous improvement of quality and compliance programs.
