We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on AI-driven solutions in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
Role Overview:
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer with a proven track record testing AI systems beyond traditional software.
- Hands-on experience testing conversational AI, including voice and/or chat agents, on real, shipped projects.
- Fully remote position based in India.
- Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from 30 to 65 LPA.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for AI-powered applications.
- Validate functionality and performance of conversational AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in QA automation methodologies and tools.
- Experience with AI system testing, particularly conversational AI (voice and chat agents).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
