About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of engineering delivery across multiple product tracks within a deep-tech cybersecurity environment.
Role Overview
- Experience: 12–15 years in product management, with substantial time in enterprise B2B security, identity, or infrastructure software
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (5 days in office)
- Compensation: 35 - 45 LPA, flexible based on experience and expertise
- Prior experience selling into regulated industries, with a strong preference for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic input side of a cybersecurity platform across multiple product tracks
- Treat each product track as an independently addressable SKU with its own market trends, buyer behavior, and growth trajectory
- Shape the product roadmap structure to ensure each track can be evaluated, resourced, and commercialized independently while leveraging shared platform infrastructure
- Focus on strategy and demand sensing rather than delivery execution
