We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a fast-growing legal technology startup based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The company is focused on transforming how in-house legal teams at large enterprises operate by leveraging an Augmented Intelligence platform that enhances document review, contract management, and workflow automation through a combination of advanced AI and human expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and execution for AI-powered legal technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and legal experts to deliver innovative features.
- Drive product development from ideation through launch and iteration based on user feedback.
- Manage product roadmap and prioritize features to maximize impact and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives.
Candidate Profile:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in product management, preferably in technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of AI applications and workflow automation.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally in the legal or related domains.
- Ability to operate effectively in a flat organizational structure with collaborative teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
