We are seeking a Product Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup focused on automating healthcare operations such as eligibility verification, prior authorization, claims processing, and patient intake workflows. This role offers the opportunity to build AI-powered systems that streamline manual processes within behavioral health clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product features end-to-end, from gathering user insights through to production deployment.
- Define product direction based on user feedback and operational requirements.
- Build full-stack solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate directly with clinic operators to understand and automate complex workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience building products from the ground up (0 to 1) in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Strong user/customer engagement skills to inform product decisions.
- Ability to work across the stack and take ownership of features.
Location: Bangalore, with quarterly travel to the US.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
