We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves owning end-to-end user experiences across various product areas including content feeds, creation tools, onboarding, growth, and monetization. The focus is on designing products that emphasize speed, delight, and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design key consumer experiences across feed, playback, creation/editing, onboarding, notifications, and engagement loops
- Translate ambiguous product problems from research and insights into prototypes, shipped designs, and iterative improvements
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to drive key metrics such as retention, creation rate, and time spent
- Elevate interaction design, motion, and visual craftsmanship to create highly engaging consumer experiences
- Develop scalable design systems and provide mentorship to other designers
