We are seeking a Payment Operations Lead to join a dynamic and fast-growing digital platform. This is a remote position based in India, ideal for candidates with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple payment rails simultaneously and optimize traffic routing between providers.
- Collaborate closely with payment providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle disputes, bank holds, and reserves related to peer-to-peer payment rails.
- Coordinate directly with payment providers, including communication via platforms like Telegram.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the Indian payments provider landscape and operational nuances.
Requirements:
- 2 to 6 years of payments experience, preferably at an operator or payment service provider (PSP).
- Strong understanding of payment operations across the India corridor.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with external payment providers.
- Ability to manage complex payment workflows and resolve operational issues effectively.
