We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and collections for a large-scale engine spare-parts business with annual billing of approximately INR 225 Cr. This role involves managing the entire process from order confirmation through on-time in-full dispatch, invoicing, and collections, ensuring full export-import compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3–4 members, reporting directly to the COO.
- Drive on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery, turnaround time (TAT), and collections discipline across a fast-growing operation spanning Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.
- Oversee commercial operations and process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
