This role involves working on challenging problems at the intersection of real-time voice infrastructure, large language model evaluations, and speech research, combining software engineering and AI expertise in an end-to-end capacity.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain systems for testing and monitoring AI voice agents in real time.
- Work closely with speech research and machine learning components to evaluate AI performance.
- Collaborate with a small, high-paced engineering team to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
- Contribute to the integration of voice infrastructure with advanced AI evaluation frameworks.
Requirements:
