We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff - Product to join a dynamic team focused on building advanced simulation environments used to stress-test AI agents.
Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the product surface around a simulation engine, including configuring runs, monitoring execution, and analyzing trajectories and telemetry data.
- Work on making long, unpredictable simulation runs appear deterministic and reliable to users.
- Collaborate closely with a small, highly engaged team including founders involved in daily operations.
Location: India (Bengaluru preferred, remote work possible)
Experience: 3 - 6 years
Compensation: 60 - 150 LPA
