We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer based in India to lead quality assurance efforts for a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in billing and finance platforms. This role involves ensuring software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership teams to support a platform used by enterprise customers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the QA team to implement effective testing strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products through rigorous testing and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in quality assurance engineering.
- Proven leadership skills in managing QA teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise software environments.
