We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join a dynamic founding team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves working across the full product surface to innovate how product managers, designers, and AI agents collaborate on a design canvas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across the entire product interface and experience
- Rethink collaboration between PMs, designers, and AI agents on a canvas
- Design end-to-end onboarding flows
- Develop effective UX patterns for AI-generated design suggestions
- Craft and maintain the overall visual language and design system
Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout), hybrid work model
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Compensation: ₹15–30 LPA
