We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join a creative studio focused on AI-native video production platforms. This role involves designing complex creative workflows and making advanced AI capabilities intuitive, reliable, and enjoyable for creators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end creator journeys, from onboarding to episode production
- Build conversational and agentic AI experiences
- Simplify workflows around asset management, shot generation, and review loops
- Prototype and validate new product experiences
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and machine learning teams to shape the product
