We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 14 years of experience in product design and will play a key role in shaping the user experience of an AI-native platform used for consulting and investment research.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of innovative product features and user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including research, engineering, and product management.
- Create user-centered designs through research, prototyping, and testing.
- Drive the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to elevate the overall design quality.
Requirements:
- 7 to 14 years of experience in product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing complex digital products.
- Experience working on AI-driven platforms or data-intensive applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
