We are seeking a Lead Nodejs Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This is a high-impact role where you will own and scale the backend platform, drive key architectural decisions, and play a significant role in shaping the engineering team as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale the backend architecture powering a high-growth platform
- Design and build distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
- Drive backend scalability, performance, reliability, and infrastructure efficiency
- Lead integrations with payment gateways, ERP, CRM, OMS/WMS, and other critical systems
- Mentor engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture, code reviews, and production systems
