We are seeking a Lead Engineer for our AI Platform team based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring 5 days a week at the office.
Role Overview:
- 5-7 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Proven track record in building and scaling B2B SaaS or AI SaaS products.
- Hands-on experience working with large language model (LLM) applications, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or similar AI systems.
- Strong expertise in backend development using Python.
- Competitive salary package ranging from 35 to 40 LPA, commensurate with experience and skills.
