We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to join our team in India. This is a full-time, long-term contract role suited for candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience in AI and machine learning engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of AI and machine learning backend systems, particularly focusing on large language model (LLM) and generative AI applications.
- Design and implement AI-powered conversational analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI products.
- Drive innovation and provide technical leadership in AI/ML engineering.
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in AI and machine learning engineering.
- Strong background in developing applications using large language models and generative AI technologies.
- Proven expertise in backend AI/ML engineering.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
