We are seeking a Jr. Recruiter to join our People & Culture team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. This is a 6-month contractual role with a hybrid work mode, ideal for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment agencies
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment pipelines and assist with junior-level hiring
Preferred Experience:
- Technical hiring
- Working with recruitment agencies
- Using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms
