We are seeking a Head of Growth and Product based in India with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead the vision and execution of an AI-native financial platform focused on loans and liabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision across multiple channels including Chat, Voice, and App.
- Build decision engines for eligibility, product comparison, and execution.
- Drive end-to-end loan journeys from discovery through disbursal to servicing.
- Lead product-led growth initiatives and experimentation.
- Manage key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and full-funnel unit economics.
- Ensure trust, explainability, and regulatory compliance (including RBI-compliant flows) are embedded into the user experience.
