We are seeking a Growth Engineer to join a remote team based in India. In this role, you will build and manage AI systems that drive marketing efforts, including content generation agents, Reddit/SEO/AEO strategies, lead finding, and outbound campaigns. You will work with AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex, editing outputs and owning the results. Over time, you will take on full ownership of marketing operations with minimal founder involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI-powered marketing tools and agents.
- Manage and optimize growth channels including SEO, Reddit, and outbound lead generation.
- Write clear and effective content to support growth initiatives.
- Measure and grow user engagement, signups, traffic, or audience size.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to scale marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in growth engineering or related roles.
- Proven experience building and running tasks using AI coding agents.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in growing measurable user or audience metrics.
- Ability to work remotely from India.
Compensation: Salary range from 10 to 40 LPA.
