We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative team focused on building data-intensive applications in the energy infrastructure domain. This role involves working on a platform used by major grid operators to plan net-zero infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React for front-end and Python microservices on AWS Lambda for back-end.
- Work with geospatial data rendering technologies to handle large-scale datasets.
- Own end-to-end architecture decisions and implementation, contributing as a strong individual contributor.
- Collaborate with a small, focused team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency with React for front-end development.
- Experience designing and building Python microservices.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and PostGIS for spatial data management.
- Experience with AWS serverless technologies, particularly AWS Lambda.
- Bonus: Experience with GIS technologies and deck.gl for geospatial data visualization.
