We are seeking an experienced Frontend CTO to lead and oversee the frontend technology strategy and development. This leadership role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage and guide a team of frontend engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the frontend technology vision and execution.
- Manage and mentor frontend development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
