We are seeking a Founding Product Engineer to join an early-stage startup focused on building the intelligence layer for modern software engineering.
Role Overview:
- Strong product-minded software engineer with 3-7 years of experience.
- Core technology stack: TypeScript / JavaScript.
- Location: Remote (India preferred).
- Stage: Very early, offering genuine founding-level ownership.
- Compensation: Competitive salary range of 50 - 70 LPA plus meaningful equity.
This role is not a conventional frontend position. You will own the developer-facing product experience end-to-end — designing workflows, building complex data-driven interfaces, deciding what engineering intelligence deserves attention, and transforming complex code, history, relationships, and evidence into interfaces that developers can trust.
You will work directly with the founding team and early users, having significant influence over product direction, architecture, and engineering culture. This is an opportunity to build the product from the ground up rather than inheriting an existing one.
