We are seeking a Founding Process Engineer to join our team in Santa Barbara. This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 8 years of experience who have expertise in semiconductor materials and laser technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize processes involving III/V semiconductor materials.
- Work with laser technologies to support product development and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish robust and scalable manufacturing processes.
- Contribute to the founding engineering efforts and help build core process capabilities.
Requirements:
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of III/V semiconductor materials.
- Experience working with lasers and related technologies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and contribute to foundational process development.

Salary Range: 110 - 150 LPA
