Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a scalable, intelligent platform that simplifies debt resolution for individuals and automates collections workflows for financial institutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technology roadmap as a core member of the founding engineering team.
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and performance through best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
