We are seeking a Founding Engineer Backend Infrastructure to join a dynamic startup team based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model with 3 days per week onsite in HSR Layout.
Role Overview:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable backend services.
- Contribute to the architecture and implementation of backend solutions using modern technologies.
- Work in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on innovation and quality.
Experience & Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, Python, Go, or comparable backend ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of backend infrastructure and system design principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of 30 to 40 LPA, commensurate with experience and expertise.
