We are seeking a Founding Applied AI Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role involves owning customer-facing AI products end-to-end—from experimentation through production—combining full-stack engineering with applied AI techniques to deliver impactful marketing features that help small businesses operate efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and ship AI-powered marketing features used by thousands of small businesses.
- Own the full technology stack including interfaces, APIs, agent workflows, and evaluation processes.
- Collaborate closely with a small, fast-moving team to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in applied AI and full-stack engineering.
- Strong ability to build production-grade AI products with structured outputs, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
Compensation: Up to ₹70 LPA, flexible for the right candidate.
